Jeremy Cooper
I moved to Iden with my wife Clare from Tenterden in 2023. We love it here. Since our move, I have got to know a number of local residents and to understand some of the issues of particular concern. The future of The Bell is an issue of central importance, and I was a founding member of the Save the Bell Committee. I am also aware of other matters of concern including the need for better traffic regulation through the village, the protection and maintenance of the playing field, and retaining a regular bus service.
I am now retired, but previously I enjoyed a long and varied legal career as a barrister then a law professor and finally as a tribunal judge
